PALMSERVE is an on-demand workforce marketplace that connects skilled, semi-skilled, and unskilled individuals with customers who need their services across Nigeria and beyond. It helps service providers gain visibility and earn income from their skills while giving customers easy access to reliable workers nearby.

Anyone with a skill, qualification, or ability that can be exchanged for money — including professionals, artisans, freelancers, and casual laborers — can register as a Service Provider. Customers who need any service (home repairs, cleaning, tech help, tutoring, etc.) can also use PALMSERVE to find nearby providers.

PALMSERVE is available globally but currently focuses on Nigeria. Anyone around the world can create a profile, subscribe and go live on the PALMSERVE live map.

PALMSERVE allows real-time visibility on a live interactive map — users can toggle availability and instantly become visible at their current location. It supports both short-term and long-term service bookings, and covers a wide range of categories — from tech experts to daily workers.

2. Registration & Account Setup

Download the PALMSERVE App, select whether you’re a Service Provider or Customer, complete your KYC verification, and create your profile.

Yes. All service providers are required to complete KYC verification (upload valid ID and personal details). This builds trust and ensures only verified users appear on the map.

Yes, you can switch between roles after registration. However, you must complete both profiles and verifications separately for security reasons.

Check your spam or junk folder. If you still don’t find it, use the ‘Resend Verification’ button or contact PALMSERVE Support through the in-app chat or website help center.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

Subscription fees vary depending on your category and duration. Please visit our Subscription Page or Blog section for up-to-date pricing and available discounts.

Yes. You can change your plan anytime through your profile settings. Any remaining balance from your previous plan may be prorated depending on your new plan.

You can pay using debit/credit cards, bank transfers, mobile money, or your PALMSERVE wallet balance.

Absolutely. PALMSERVE uses encrypted payment gateways and complies with global data protection standards to ensure your transactions and personal information are safe.

4. Finding & Booking Services

Customers can search by category, skill, or location on the PALMSERVE map. Once they find a provider, they can view ratings, reviews, and availability before booking.

Yes. You can chat directly within the app to clarify job details before finalizing a booking.

Every verified provider displays a ‘Verified’ badge and has a public rating based on completed jobs and customer reviews.

Yes. Customers can book immediate jobs or schedule them for a future date and time through the PALMSERVE app.

5. Job Completion & Disputes

Once the provider marks a job as complete, the customer has a 5-minute window to raise a dispute. If no dispute is raised within that period, payment is automatically released to the provider.

You can raise a dispute immediately within the 5-minute window after completion. PALMSERVE’s support team will mediate and resolve the issue fairly.

Disputes are reviewed by the PALMSERVE dispute resolution team. Evidence such as chat history, photos, and job details are considered to ensure a fair outcome.

If a provider cancels a confirmed booking, the customer receives a 100% refund of the amount paid.

6. Earnings & Withdrawals

Once the job is marked completed and no dispute is raised, payment is automatically transferred to the provider’s PALMSERVE wallet.

Providers receive 90% of the booking fee, while PALMSERVE retains 10% as a service charge.

You can withdraw your funds anytime after they appear in your wallet, subject to a minimum withdrawal limit (see app for details).

You can withdraw through your linked bank account, mobile money, or transfer to another PALMSERVE user.

7. Technical Support & App Issues

Check your internet connection and location settings. Make sure PALMSERVE has permission to access your location. If the problem persists, restart the app or reinstall it.

Go to your Transaction History in the app. If the payment isn’t listed there, check your bank account or contact PALMSERVE Support for confirmation.

Use the ‘Forgot Password’ option to reset your login credentials. If you still face issues, contact PALMSERVE Support through email or live chat.

Yes. You can log in from multiple devices, but simultaneous sessions may be restricted for security reasons.

8. Safety, Trust & Legal Responsibility

Yes. PALMSERVE requires identity verification (KYC) for all providers. However, users should also review ratings and reviews before hiring.

PALMSERVE provides a secure platform and escrow-based payment release system but does not guarantee outcomes beyond verified processes.

Service providers are directly accountable to the laws of the land where they live or work. PALMSERVE only serves as a digital visibility and connection platform.

Always verify provider identity via the app, avoid paying outside the platform, and report suspicious activity immediately through the Help Center.
