Palmserve is a global digital marketplace connecting customers with trusted, independent service providers. Please review the following terms carefully before using our platform.

1. General Terms

Palmserve is a global digital marketplace connecting customers with independent service providers. Palmserve is not an employer, agent, or guarantor of any service provider. Providers work independently and are fully responsible for their services and compliance with applicable laws. By booking or accepting jobs, all users agree to these policies and legal terms.

2. Cancellations & Refunds
  • If a customer cancels shortly after booking, they may receive a refund minus the non-refundable platform service fee (3%).
  • If a provider cancels, the customer receives 100% of the booking amount paid.
  • Repeated or unjustified provider cancellations may lead to suspension or permanent removal.
3. No-Shows
  • Provider no-show: Full refund to the customer.
  • Customer no-show: Provider keeps full payment.
4. Job Completion & Disputes
  • Providers mark the job as “Complete.”
  • The customer has 5 minutes to raise a dispute after completion is marked.
  • If no dispute is raised within that time, payment is automatically released to the provider.
  • Repeated or false disputes may lead to account suspension or permanent ban.
5. Late Arrival
  • If a provider arrives late, a percentage discount may apply.
  • If a provider is excessively late, the customer may cancel and receive a full refund.
  • If a customer delays excessively, the provider may cancel and retain part of the service fee.
6. Safety & Security
  • Users should meet in safe, public, or well-lit areas.
  • Use the in-app chat for all communication before payment.
  • The SOS button connects to local emergency services where available.
  • Providers may refuse unsafe conditions or leave immediately if they feel threatened.
7. Harassment & Misconduct
  • Zero tolerance for sexual harassment, abuse, or discrimination.
  • Verified misconduct results in immediate suspension and possible referral to law enforcement.
  • Providers who end a job due to confirmed harassment retain their full payment.
  • Providers found guilty of misconduct are permanently banned.
8. Money & Withdrawals
  • Customers pay per service through Palmserve’s secure in-app payment system.
  • Providers receive 90% of the booking fee, while Palmserve retains 10% from each completed booking.
  • The customer (user) platform service fee (3%) is non-refundable upon cancellation by the user.
  • Withdrawals are processed promptly via verified payment gateways.
  • Applicable VAT, WHT, or equivalent taxes are automatically applied.
9. Legal Compliance for Service Providers
  • Providers must meet all legal and licensing requirements of the country or region in which they operate.
  • Providers are directly accountable to the laws of their jurisdiction.
  • Palmserve serves only as an advertising and visibility platform and does not verify or guarantee legal qualifications or professional licensing.
10. Child Protection

Services involving minors require verifiable parental or guardian consent.

11. Responsibilities
  • Customers: Ensure safe and respectful environments.
  • Providers: Deliver services honestly, professionally, and safely.
  • Both: Avoid fraud, abuse, or off-platform transactions.
